Chef David Yokuty is a critically acclaimed Chef based in San Antonio TX. He is a veteran of San Antonio-area restaurants (Valeria Farm to Table Restaurant, Boardwalk Bistro, Tribeca 212), and said he infuses a touch ofFrench, Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine into his dishes.
His kitchen is equipped with a wood-burning rotisserie oven where Yokuty roasts whole goats and pigs. His eclectic cooking style spans a variety of palates to suit all occasions.
